Our main conference venue is one of the great buildings of the Austrian Economic Chamber (WKO). The Chamber functions as Austria’s federal parent organization for nations nine State Chambers and 110 trade associations for different industries within Austria’s system of economy. WKO therefore represent more than 517,000 member companies. As the voice of Austrian business, WKO is committed to future-oriented policies to the benefit the economy such as development of sustainable railways.

Restaurant Zwölf-Apostelkeller

The building housing the Zwölf-Apostelkeller dates back to 1339. This iconic and ancient venue today offers the most typical Viennese specialties and local wines in the restaurant and the famous 15th-century Gothic Brunnenstube.

Hofburg Vienna – Imperial Palace

Vienna’s Hofburg is one of the largest palace complexes in the world. Currently housing both the Austrian Parliament and the official Residence of the Austrian President, the oldest parts of the buildings date to the 13th century, with construction and new uses continuing to be developed to the present day. The Palace was the residence and centre of government of Austria’s Habsburg emperors until the abolition of the monarch in 1918. Within the complex there are also numerous museums, the world famous Spanish Riding School, and the historic “Heldenplatz”.
