Born December 28, 1977 in Belgorod.

In 2000, he graduated from the Moscow State University of Economics, Statistics and Informatics (MSUES) with a degree in law.

(subsidiary of JSC “Russian Railways”).

2006–2008 – Deputy Head of the Federal Agency for Railway Transport.

2008 – 2012 – Deputy Minister of Regional Development of the Russian Federation.

2013 – Deputy Minister of Regional Development of the Russian Federation – Head of the Federal Agency for Construction and Housing and Communal Services.

2013 – 2014 – Deputy Minister of Construction and Housing and Communal Services of the Russian Federation.

2014 – 2016 – held senior positions at JSC RusHydro.

2016 – 2018 – First Deputy General Director of Spetstransstroy LLC.

From November 22, 2018 – Deputy Minister of Transport of the Russian Federation.
