Deputy Managing Director, Russian Railways
Born in 1979. He has two higher educations, including economics. He completed MBA training at the Stockholm School of Economics in St. Petersburg and the Rotterdam School of Management at Erasmus University. He also completed special training “Strategic Management program” at the Russian Railways Corporate University.
He began his career in railway transport in 2001 in the locomotive depot Orenburg of the South Ural Railway in Russia. Then he went through all the stages of growth to the head of the investment service of the October Railway.
From 2013 to 2016, he held the post of deputy head for construction of the October Railway.
In June 2016, he was appointed deputy head of the Capital Construction department.
Since March 2017 Andrey had been the head of Capital Construction department.
In March 2019, he was appointed deputy managing director of Russian Railways.
