Mohamed Rabie Khlie

Aged 56, Mr. Mohamed Rabie Khlie graduated from Mohammedia School of Engineering with an electrical engineering degree in industrial automation option. He joined in 1987 the Moroccan National Railways Office (ONCFM) where he held various positions of responsibility which allowed him to control the railway engineering before being appointed ONCFM Chief Executive Officer in July 2004.

Throughout his career, he had the opportunity to contribute significantly or even lead several successful structural projects for the rail sector in Morocco. Such as the case of restructuring, the implementation of the Company Project, conception of a “customer” business strategy, the redesign of the HRM system, achievement of ambitious investment programs and the initiation of high-speed.

In addition, he actively participates in international activities related to the rail sector: member of the Intergovernmental Organization for International Rail Transport (OTIF) since 2006, Chairmann of the International Union of Railways – Africa Region since July 2010.
